CanTravelClub launches a review of the Ocean Blue and Sand so that you can see all the sights and get the latest news of what the resort and it’s staff has to offer it’s guests. When you read a book, do you ever run to Google Maps to see the locations described in the book and/or search Wikipedia for more information on that location? Well, this video shows examples of interactive Google Maps I made of historic events that I read about in my favorite books. With these interactive maps you can zoom in on the actual battle fields of the American Revolution or the American Civil War. See the places Charles Darwin explored on his voyage of the Beagle. And, find the ancient ruins of Africa in interactive maps that make experiencing history possible. My blog, MyReadingMapped, was designed for you to enjoy reading a book and be able to view what you read as you read it. However, you don’t need to read the book to get a lot out of each map. With each map you can zoom in on the actual ruins buildings of fields, obtain background information via links to Wikipedia and other sources, obtain National Archive photos, and get directions and hotel information.
